We conveniently deliver your orders to your doorstep within the UAE and all over the world using a third-party courier, simply enter your exact delivery information at checkout. In order to deliver your order as quickly and seamlessly we encourage you to complete your delivery information as accurately as possible. 

A delivery fee will be applied to your order depending upon the order threshold, and it will show once you complete the order.

Orders placed outside of working hours (9am-8pm), after the cut-off time and/or during any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the Order's submission. Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and bank holidays —during this time, 24-hour delivery and next-day delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose redelivery charges where you order is not accepted at the address provided to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

Our courier company will get in touch with you ahead of your delivery to confirm your availability. Please note that delivery times might vary depending upon holidays, potential lockdown restrictions and periods of high demand such as sales events.

General Delivery Conditions

Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.

Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries.

Address Changes & Tracking

Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred address you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible. Unless post-delivery, returned as a refund then place the order from the beginning.
