Agua Bendita

In 2003, Catalina Álvarez and Mariana Hinestroza, who were close friends, combined their love for fashion and design. They embarked on a tireless endeavor to realize their shared dream, giving birth to Agua Bendita, their inaugural brand. Their journey commenced by crafting swimsuits for their loved ones, utilizing Catalina's grandmother's sewing machine and discarded fabrics procured from a local clothing factory. Thus began the remarkable story of Agua Bendita.

By 2007, they achieved the distinction of being among the pioneer Colombian companies to export local fashion, setting the stage for numerous others to follow suit. The distinctive handmade designs propelled Agua Bendita to swiftly establish itself as a premier brand within Colombia, boasting thirty stores nationwide. Presently, the label's global presence spans over fifty countries, testament to its widespread recognition.
