How can I return an item?
We are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within the GCC. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his/her purchase from us he can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Below are the steps which you need to follow to a request for a "return":
- Click on ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login.
- Click on ‘My Returns’
- Click 'Create new return' and select the items you want to return.
- Click on 'Proceed' and enter your address, the reason for return.
- Our courier will collect the items from you within 1-3 days.
- Once the item is received and approved by Speak, we will refund the amount in Speak gift card or account as opted within 48 hours (if the shipping country is UAE) and within 5 to 7 days (if the shipping country is KSA & the rest of GCC).

Return / Exchange Process for UAE
- To initiate the return process of the item which you wish to return, you can contact us via phone on +971 50 404 9882 or visit our Help Centre or contact us by WhatsApp.
- We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days.
- Your credit will reflect to your gift card automatically 48 hours after the item is received back and approved.
- You can use your gift card to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item you would like.
- If you paid for your order via a credit/debit card, you can return item to Speak and initiate the request for refund to your account. However, refund process might take up to:
- 20 Working days for some banks
- 5 to 7 working days for credit card, visa, or master card
- 10-15 working days for a debit card
If the refund is not received by the card holder after 15 working days, please do contact us using our helpline.
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
- Exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Return can only be made within 2-3 days from the date of delivery.
- Strictly no return and no exchange for Vintage pieces and accessories.
- The item should be in good condition with original tag and not used.
- It should also be in the same brand box you received.
Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.
I am an international customer; how do I return an item?
- At Speak, we are proud to offer a hassle-free returns policy! If you are not satisfied with an item you ordered, you can return it within 7 days of the date of delivery
- Just make sure that the items you want to return are in their original condition with the tag still attached
- You can approach us through our contacts, we will make arrangements for your parcel pickup from your given address. Speak will borne the cost of shipping for returning items.
- Don’t forget to ask for a tracking ID/proof of shipping to track your parcel and to have proof that you’ve sent it
- Once you have returned the items, it can take up to 28 working days maximum for us to receive the shipment and process the refund. The amount would be refunded to your original account as selected, once approved.
What if I want to return my purchase?
Cancellation before order shipment
If the refund method selected is Speak Gift Card or account and your order cancellation request is approved by the store, the store will refund the relevant amount to the same account as requested.
Please note that:
Speak Gift Card or account may take a couple of hours to reflect the update - this will only occur upon the store’s approval of your request.
